Am I a typical fashion blogger?

I love blogging, sparking conversations about silly things I do and think about things like make up, life or fashion. However, I don’t see myself as a typical blogger – the theme on here isn’t blush pink, I don’t own anything in a marble effect and I cannot shoot a flatlay to save my life (these are only a select few reasons I don’t consider myself a typical blogger).

I was scrolling through my emails and saw  one from Pinterest with some suggested pins when I saw one that sparked an idea for a blog post.

Do I have these 13 items that every fashion blogger has in their closet? Let’s find out!

Ankle Boots – I love me a good ankle boot and these black leather ones from Ugg are my go to pair

Black Pumps – agree these are a staple for everyone, regardless of whether you’re a blogger or what your style is

Denim Jacket – well duh!

✅ Leggings – who doesn’t own a pair of bloody leggings?!

Polished Handbag – not sure this qualifies as ‘polished’ but I think this is what it means?

Power Suit – now, I have got something of a suit, but not a matching set, just some navy trousers and a navy blazer I will pair for any formal work meetings

Silk Camisole (although I’d love to find the perfect one!)

Skinny Jeans – because who doesn’t own a pair?! Btw, don’t I look sassy AF with my hair flick?!

Strappy Sandals – I haven’t got many shots of my strappy sandals this year because most of the summer I was pretty jaundiced and covered in scabs, but here’s one from a while back!

Vintage Denim – who doesn’t love a pair of vintage Levi shorts?!

Button down – I had to Google this and found out it was a shirt, of which I have plenty! I also felt a bit stupid having to Google this, but it must be an American term (yes, fully aware I’m American people)

White tee – who in their right mind doesn’t have a white tee?!

Conclusion

I own 11 of the 13 items on the list, so yes I am probably a typical basic bitch fashion blogger – but because I don’t have everything – I still believe I’m not your typical fashion blogger 😉
