One item styled 4 ways – Khaki bomber jacket

19/07/2017

Third in the one item styled 4 ways series is a wardrobe favourite of mine – my Khaki green bomber jacket I bought from a little boutique in Hitchin earlier on this year. It’s a lovely lightweight jacket perfect for Spring/Summer
Saturday

Out for a casj lunch with Aaron, I teamed this with some trusty wardrobe staples of mine;
✅ white t-shirt
✅ black ripped skinny jeans
✅ burgundy Vans trainers
Sunday

I went for a rummage on Sunday morning through our holiday suitcase where I stashed some summer pieces I’d forgotten about from our trip to Thailand last year. One of the faves I pulled out was this black and white striped midi dress from American Apparel and I thought it would be perfect for this warm, muggy but wet weather! Add in my favourite Vans and you’ve got yourself an outfit people!

Monday

I went midi again with this beaut little number that my Dad and Step Mum Fran randomly bought for me at the weekend (thank you!) I didn’t end up keeping the jacket on once I got to work as it was far too warm to wear a jacket, but love pairing Khaki and white 😎

Tuesday

Again, I put this jacket on in the morning only to take it off when I got to work as it was sweltering hot in the office! But alas! It’s all for the blog so no matter!
I decided for the final outfit of this styling challenge to put the jacket together with a classic white tee, (very on trend) blush pink trousers and my Birkenstocks – these are definitely a sandal I recommend everyone have in their wardrobe, I’ve had these for 2 years and have worn them to death each summer!

And there you have it! One item styled 4 ways for this week!
Let me know if you’ve got anything you’d like to challenge me to style in 4 different ways and if this is something you’re enjoying!
Until next time …

Bomber jackets are a great way to street style your active fashion, as it adds a gender neutral style to an otherwise casual ensemble. One item styled 4 ways for one week is really amazing! Great post!

So I’ve been absent on here for months as I’ve So I’ve been absent on here for months as I’ve been working and saving away with this gorgeous man to make sure that we could buy a house and we’ve only gone and done it! We’re now in the process of fixing it up and getting our bedroom ready to move in to, so hope we can get in next week! I’m going to be sharing the whole process on our Tiktok account which you can follow @thealbonrenovation - the first post on there is just a video showing the whole house as it was when we bought it on Friday (it’s changed a lot since then!) - so give us a follow it you love a bit of home renovation! 🥳🥳 #firsttimebuyers #newhouse
When the snow was beautiful and didn’t disappear When the snow was beautiful and didn’t disappear ❄️ what a week it’s been! I’ve been shivering away, heating on full blast and my dressing gown wrapped around me as I work this week - I love the look of snow but hate the cold! Had a day of hypochondria where I had a cough and was convinced it was Covid - but turns out my husband knows me best and that it wasn’t. And that’s probably the most exciting bit of news I l have for you all! How are you all doing?!
Hello all! I’m trying not to leave too much time Hello all! I’m trying not to leave too much time between posts as I have been in the last few months, so I think a couple of weeks is an improvement! On our way home from food shopping last week (highlight of the week!) we decided to stop by one of my favourite spots to take some outfit photos, where the majority of what I’m wearing is second hand (bag, jacket and jumper). I’m getting extremely stir crazy, but at the same time have turned into quite the hermit, I miss going out for lunch with Aaron, mooching around the charity shops and going out to do site visits for work - let’s hope this vaccine helps bring some normality!
